All participants must be registered prior to the event. Entry without valid registration will not be permitted. Only online registrations are allowed. On-spot registration is not permitted.
Participants must always carry a valid College ID card and produce it for verification when required.
Participants are required to report to the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time of their event.
The Use of mobile phones, smartwatches, internet access, or any unfair means during the event for external assistance is strictly prohibited unless specifically permitted by the event coordinators.
Participants must maintain discipline, decorum, and professional behaviour throughout the event.
Any form of malpractice, plagiarism, misrepresentation, or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification.
Participants must bring their own devices and any other required materials for PPT presentations. The organizers will not be responsible for providing technical accessories.
Decisions taken by the judges and the organizing committee shall be final and binding.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes to the event structure, schedule, or rules if necessary.
